General Manager

Robin is responsible for the day-to-day management of Little Guests. With her experience in childcare, she ensures that all processes, teams, and services align well. Together with the team, she works towards a safe, loving, and stimulating environment in which children can develop optimally and parents feel supported.

For Robin, Little Guests is more than just a childcare facility. She sees Little Guests as a committed childcare partner who works with parents on the development of each child. Open communication, personal attention and thinking in terms of possibilities form the basis of this. Her door is always open for questions, ideas or a personal chat.

Marnelle

Family Care Manager

Marnelle is the familiar face in the reception area and the first point of contact for many parents. With her welcoming and engaged approach, she guides families in a warm and personal way. She offers support, thinks along with them, and ensures that parents feel welcome, heard, and helped.

Marnelle also coordinates all of Little Guests' Family Care Services. From organising additional services and booking spaces to providing support with practical questions, she helps families make everyday life just a little bit easier. She also takes care of the Family Care Lounge, Meeting Room, and terrace, ensuring parents always have access to a pleasant and well-maintained environment.
