At Little Guests, we are looking for enthusiastic childcare professionals who want to grow with a young and ambitious childcare organisation. In our charming townhouse in the centre of The Hague, we offer children a warm and safe place where they can be themselves and discover the world through play.
Our location consists of two nursery lofts and one after-school club loft and is currently undergoing exciting development. Therefore, we are looking for colleagues who enjoy working together, take the initiative and draw energy from an environment where no two days are the same. Together, we will see where your talents are best utilised and build a place where children, parents and staff alike feel at home.
What do we offer you?
- Annual contract with a view to a permanent position.
- 24 or 32-hour working week with fixed working days.
- Salary in accordance with scale 6 of the Childcare collective labour agreement: €2,641 to €3,630 gross per month based on a full-time employment contract.
- Travel allowance and, subject to conditions, a parking space.
- Wonderful workspace in the centre of The Hague.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a positive and committed colleague who enjoys working with children. You take the initiative, enjoy working as part of a team and feel at home in a rapidly evolving organisation.
- Qualifying vocational (mbo) or higher education (hbo) diploma for childcare. (check your degree here)
- Command of the Dutch language at level 3F.
- Valid DBS check for childcare, or the possibility for us to apply for one on your behalf.
- Availability for 24 or 32 hours per week.
- Good accessibility of our location in the centre of The Hague.
